Designs
All floorcloths are custom designed to suit your space and your taste. You choose the colors, based on other elements in your environment. You have the option of choosing a contemporary or traditional design; a border, medallion, or all over design: Or a combination of any two (ie: an all over design w/border). I encourage all my clients to provide paint and fabric swatches, as well as interior photos (if I am unable to visit the site).
Design Fee
Each floorcloth is an original, specifically created, by hand, for you. When requesting a color rendering of a design, there is a $200.00 (non-refundable) design fee which will be credited to your purchase. Fee is due with request for drawing.
Size
Determining the size that your floorcloth needs to be for the space you want, is simple. Using sheets of newspaper, lay them side by side in the area where you desire a floorcloth. Once you have what looks like the correct size, tape them together and measure the layout. In order to get a "floorcloth" price you will need to multiply the width (in feet) by the length (in feet). That will give you the total square footage.

Floorcloth prices are based on $200.00 per square foot; 50% deposit with order . Final payment due upon delivery, or prior to shipping.
Delivery Time
From time of receipt of approved drawing - approximately 4 - 10 weeks, depending on studio schedule.
